Awfully scary night last night !!!

I was just getting ready for bed when the phone rang, It was my oldest daughter;saying that my 18 year old grandson and two of his friends had been in a accident. That they were at the hospital and know one would let her in to see him..I got dressed and ran over to the hospital,and asked them to please let her just see him for a min. so she would calm down..He looked just awful,His face covered in blood.When he saw us he started to cry..But said not to worry he was OK..Then they took him and done a cat scan on his head,and X-rays of his ribs.He has a broken nose, and two cracked ribs..The other boys had broken ribs ,nose, arm,and all three have concussions cuts and bruises.
They had been up deer hunting and was coming down off the moutain when the breaks went out in the truck,It started picking up speed, then they hit a large rock or something in the road, and lost controll causeing them to fly about 20 feet through the air before they hit.Thank god they dident roll.But continued down threw some trees Then they finley hit a big pine tree stopping them. one of the boys hiked up to the top of the mountain where he was able to get phone service to call for help.It took the ambulance 2 hr. to get to them..So it really is a miricle that they were not hurt any worse...
